In case you can't tell, I'm completely obsessed with the sunshine and all things summer. As a native Floridian, I love beach and pool days and as a New York transplant I've learned to love a rooftop. So Tuesday, some girlfriends came over and we made Frosé and snacked on some of our favorite cheeses on my building's roof. The frosé was so good and so easy to make (not to mention way cheaper than $20/glass out at any NYC bar).
1. Pour rosé into ice cubes and freeze 6+ hours
2. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. No real amounts for how much of everything, just do what feels right. We used 5-6 strawberries, 5 cubes of rosé, ~1 cup of vodka, juice of 1 lemon (you could use lemonade), 2-4 tbs of sugar (to taste). BLEND!
